Privacy Policy

Bayyinahtech LLC (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information on bayyinahtech.com (this marketing website). It does not govern Riwaq customer tenants — see Trust & Security and your subscription agreement.

Information you provide

When you submit our contact form, we collect name, email, organization, and message content to respond to Riwaq inquiries. We do not sell or share this information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

The contact form uses a WordPress nonce, a honeypot field, and a short IP-based rate limit to reduce abuse.

Cookies and analytics

We use a first-party cookie (bayyinah_consent) to store your cookie preferences for up to 12 months.

On production (bayyinahtech.com), Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept analytics cookies (or equivalent consent). We configure GA4 with IP anonymization and Google Consent Mode v2 defaults that deny analytics storage until consent. Analytics cookies such as _ga are not set before that choice. You can change your preference via Cookie Settings in the footer. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals where supported.

On local or staging hosts, analytics and the cookie banner may behave differently for testing.

Your rights

  • EEA / UK (GDPR): You may withdraw consent, request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold from contact submissions. Analytics on this site is opt-in on production.
  • California (CCPA / CPRA): We do not sell or share personal information from this site for cross-context behavioral advertising. Use Do Not Sell or Share in the footer to limit analytics processing.
  • Other regions: Use Cookie Settings to accept or reject non-essential cookies.

Data retention

Contact form messages are retained as long as needed to respond and maintain ordinary business records. Consent records are stored in the first-party cookie described above. Google Analytics retention follows settings in our GA4 property.

Riwaq product subscriptions

Data processed inside Riwaq for paying customers is covered by customer agreements and our Trust & Security summary. Request current terms at atif.jaffery@bayyinahtech.com.
