These Terms govern your use of bayyinahtech.com and the marketing information we publish about Riwaq. If you subscribe to Riwaq, a separate written customer agreement (order form, MSA, or statement of work) applies to the product.
1. Website use
You may browse this site for lawful business and informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the site (including attempting unauthorized access, scraping that impairs service, or submitting false contact-form information).
2. No professional or religious ruling
Content on this site — including articles about Zakat, Janazah, and mosque operations — is educational. It is not legal advice, tax advice, or a religious ruling (fatwa). Masajid should consult qualified scholars and advisors for fiqh and compliance decisions.
3. Riwaq product & subscriptions
Riwaq is under active development by Bayyinahtech LLC. A demo environment is available; production deployments and customer agreements define specific features, SLAs, and data-handling commitments for each masjid.
Feature descriptions, pricing references, and case scenarios on this site are illustrative. Binding terms — including price, SLA, data handling, and feature availability — are only those in your signed customer agreement.
- Demo: The public demo at https://riwaq-demo.bayyinahtech.com/ is for evaluation and may not reflect production configuration.
- Acceptable use: Customers must use Riwaq lawfully and as described in their agreement.
- Data protection: Customer data terms are set out in the applicable subscription agreement and Trust & Security materials provided during onboarding.
4. Intellectual property
Bayyinahtech LLC owns Riwaq, the Bayyinahtech / Bayyinah Tech brands, site content, and related software. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our materials except as allowed by law or with written permission.
5. Contact form & communications
When you submit our contact form, you represent that the information is accurate and you consent to our processing it to respond to your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-party links
This site may link to third-party sites (for example, the Riwaq demo). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Disclaimers
This site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bayyinahtech LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this marketing website. Our total liability for claims related to this site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) unless a higher amount is required by applicable law.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from these website Terms shall be state or federal courts located in North Carolina, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective or review date.
